Community First Bank Assessment Areas
Community First Bank has defined its delineated community as the entirety of Benton and Franklin Counties in Southeastern Washington state.
It is acknowledged, however, that with our focus on consumers and commercial business, that the majority of our lending focus will be centered in the communities where branches are located (Connell, Kennewick, Pasco and Richland).

The data shows the geographic distribution of loans and applications; ethnicity, race, sex, age and income of applicants and borrowers; and information about loan approvals and denials.
