William Wang is our resident entrepreneur at HFG Trust and holds the title of Managing Director. His primary responsibilities include helping clients accomplish lifetime goals and implementing the firm’s vision, ensuring that HFG continues to serve loyal clients for generations to come.
Will joined HFG in 2011 and graduated with Cum Laude honors from BYU-Hawaii with a degree in Corporate Finance. He attained his CFP designation in 2016 and feels very fortunate to have found his calling in life so early in his career. His primary responsibilities include helping clients accomplish lifetime goals and implementing the firm’s vision, ensuring that HFG continues to serve loyal clients for generations to come. Will has experience in Private Held companies and Commercial Real Estate. His well-rounded investment experience provides clients with a true holistic planning and investment experience.
Will is passionate about serving his community and helping young people realize their potential. He serves on the Kennewick Business and Marketing Board as well as a volunteer teacher for Junior Achievement. In his spare time, he serves as the Girls Basketball Coach for Tri City Prep High School and founder of the Wang Basketball Academy. Will and his lovely wife, Lauran have 2 children, Blakely and Noah.
