Melissa brings nearly 30 years of experience in the banking industry to her role as Director of Credit Administration. Over the course of her career, she has worked in the areas of mortgage lending, speculative residential construction, agricultural, upper market, corporate, and small to middle market lending.
With a degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and an MBA from Texas A & M, Melissa uses her experience and education to assist business owners in achieving their financial goals. Native to the Tri-Cities, Melissa is proud of her deep roots in the community and passionate about supporting the local economy by working directly with clients as they navigate changing economic influences, work to grow their businesses, invest in new buildings and equipment, and transition ownership to the next generation.
