As our Credit Manager, Russ acts as the primary approver for consumer and private banking loans. With over three decades of experience in the banking industry, he specializes in developing commercial lending solutions for both large and small businesses.
A graduate of Eastern Washington University, Western Ag Credit School; Pacific Coast Banking School, Russ uses his expertise and education to assist business owners achieve their financial goals. He is passionate about working for a locally owned, community-focused bank and truly feels that working for Community First has been the highlight of his career.
